On Sunday, March 14, 2004, His Grace, Bishop SERAPHIM of Ottowa and Canada presided at the Divine Liturgy at Three Hierarchs' Chapel on the Sunday of the Veneration of the Precious and Life-Giving Cross. At the Divine Liturgy, His Grace ordained seminarian John Strickland to the Holy Diaconate.
