On Saturday, March 13, 2004, His Grace, Bishop SERAPHIM of Ottowa and Canada presided at the Memorial Divine Liturgy at Three Hierarchs' Chapel. His Grace ordained seminarian John Strickland a Subdeacon and ordained Kevin Haan to the Holy Diaconate.
