St Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary - News Releases News Release SVS Alumnus to Present Three Short Films on Kosovo

All are welcome to St Vladimir's Seminary this Sunday for the viewing of three short films documenting the crisis in Kosovo. Filmmaker Ninoslav Randjelovic will be presenting his work to all who wish to attend. Mr Randjelovic, an alumnus of St Vladimir's Seminary, has been documenting the crisis in Kosovo for the last eight years. He has created sixteen documentaries and hundreds of television reports. Some have appeared at film festivals throughout the world and received awards. 

This Sunday, March 6, 2005, at 7:30 p.m. in the Metropolitan Philip Auditorium, Mr Randjelovic will present the following three films:

• Kosovo, 1998-2003 (16 minutes)—compiled footage spanning these years shows the process of destruction and human rights abuse in Kosovo
• Autumn in No Man's Land (20 minutes)—covers the violence of March of last year and the slow process of rebuilding Orthodox churches and monasteries
• The Snowman in the Dark (20 minutes)—covers the most recent events in Kosovo (January, 2005) and new aspects of ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region
